How long do diffusers last? +
Our ultrasonic diffusers run for 4–8 hours on a full water tank. Glass diffusers last approximately 2–4 weeks per 10ml bottle of essential oil, depending on how often you use them. Reed diffusers last 2–4 months — the more reeds you use, the stronger and shorter the scent.
Are your candles natural? +
Yes. All Spa Drift candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and cosmetic-grade fragrance oils. No paraffin. No synthetic fillers. Just clean, slow-burning calm.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin? +
We source products made with gentle, skin-safe ingredients. Each product listing notes key ingredients. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, please check the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing. When in doubt, contact us and we'll help you find the right product.
Gifting
Can I personalise a gift set? +
Yes — we love helping you get the gift exactly right. Before placing your order, contact us and we can discuss swapping items to suit your recipient. There's no extra charge for personalisation requests made before dispatch.
Do you include a gift message? +
Yes. Add your message at checkout and we'll include a handwritten card with your order. No price tags are included in gift deliveries.
How do wellness vouchers work? +
Wellness vouchers are delivered digitally by email immediately after purchase. They're redeemable at checkout on any Spa Drift order and are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. They make a beautiful last-minute gift — just enter the recipient's email at checkout.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take? +
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within Australia. Express shipping: 1–3 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally? +
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping to New Zealand, the UK, and the US is coming soon. Join our email list to be notified when we launch.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
We're sorry if that happens — it's rare but it does occur. Take a photo of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
